Update: We are still currently exploring a range of solutions for the Fire Station. The major stumbling block at the moment is the huge cost of refurbishment. We need to find a suitable use that will enable us to raise funds. This will not be an easy task, and we may need to ask the community to help support the funding.

Who are 'The Friends of Byfleet fire Station'?
We are a group of like minded Byfleet residents who are interested in preserving the character of the Village. Over the last two years we have seen an unprecedented level of new development in the Village, some to be honest have been good, but others have been detrimental to the whole idea of Byfleet retaining it's 'Village' feel, and we have lost many important buildings to the developers over the years.
